Concerning things to come, do you question me about my children, or give me orders about the work of my hands?

What was God’s purpose in raising up Cyrus to save Israel?

God wanted to anoint Cyrus, king of Persia, and give him the power to make the nations surrender. God will enable him to conquer Babylon and its treasures. Although Cyrus did not know God, God called him by name for the purpose of saving His servant Israel, just as the Ten Commandments proclaimed. The righteousness that pours down from the heavens and the firmament, and the salvation that springs from the earth, are acts of God’s power and gifts of generosity. It is God’s will to create all things in the world and the world, and it is also out of His righteousness that God raised up Cyrus.

Have I ever been helped by someone who has not yet believed in God? Anyone can be used by God to fulfill God’s future plans, praise God for ruling over all, and be willing to testify and spread His name.

Dear Heavenly Father, I praise you for being the only true God who rules over all. Thank you for using many people to help us and to be blessed with grace. I also ask you to bless them so that they can know and believe in you, because only you are the Lord of the whole earth , in the holy name of the Lord Jesus, amen.
